Job description

Your responsibilities :

  • providing excellent customer service
  • building up positive relationships with customers
  • resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
  • monitoring of the situation on financial markets
  • working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
  • cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
  • translating information from English to Hungarian

Our requirements :

  • higher education (might be IV or V year student)
  • background or experience in economics or financial services would be a plus
  • previous experience in a customer service role desirable
  • Hungarian language- very good spoken and written required
  • English language - proficiency level required
  • responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly
  • strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • good knowledge of MS Office
  • knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business would be an advantage
