About Software Development at Sollers :

As a Sollers developer, you’ll have the opportunity to continuously expand your skill set, navigate complex challenges, and contribute to the creation of solutions that empower businesses and individuals alike.

About the role. You will :

  • Implement and customise Salesforce solutions for insurers and banks.
  • Configure, integrate and customise Salesforce software to meet client needs.
  • As part of the R&D team : create, design and implement state-of-the-art solutions used by our clients.
  • Work directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team.

About the skills and tools. You will use :

  • Java, C#, JavaScript
  • Git, Gerrit, Jenkins and similar
  • VSCode, Intellij Idea
  • SoapUI
  • H2, MSSQL, Oracle
  • XML, Xpath
  • Salesforce, APEX, Lightning
  • and more depending on the project

    • About the requirements. You need :

  • At least 1 year of commercial experience with Vlocity / Salesforce Industries and Omnistudio, or at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce CRM implementation in Insurance Company.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering concepts.
  • Good command of English language, at least B2 / C1 level.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Availability for full-time employment.
  • Ability to work in the European Union.

    • About the wishes. Nice to haves :

  • Software development best practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer or other relevant certification.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions.
  • Teamwork skills and experience.
  • Understanding of design patterns.
  • Fluency in French or German.
  • Any of the following : Web services (REST / SOAP), Microservices, JMS knowledge, Spring, or any similar hands-on experience.
