    We’re building the future of embedded banking technology – fast, secure, and customer-centric. As we scale, we’re looking for a Staff SDET Chapter Lead who will shape our frontend testing strategy and raise the quality bar across our platform.

    This is a leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to deliver robust, automated solutions. If you're passionate about quality engineering and innovation, this is your opportunity to lead with impact.

    Your responsibilities

  • Define and implement frontend test strategies and frameworks across the organisation
  • Lead a chapter of quality engineers focused on frontend technologies and best practices
  • Drive excellence in automated testing within agile squads and cross-functional teams
  • Build scalable and intelligent testing systems integrated with CI / CD pipelines
  • Mentor and support engineers in testing approaches and clean code practices
  • Work with technical leaders to evolve predictive, automation-first test approaches
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed quality into product development from day one

    • Our requirements

  • Proven experience in frontend testing, especially with React Native
  • Strong understanding of automated test frameworks, mocking, and stubbing
  • Experience with frontend test integration in CI / CD environments
  • Hands-on expertise in software performance and security testing
  • Prior leadership in guiding Quality Engineering teams towards shared goals
  • Experience working in agile environments and testing distributed microservices
