As a BPA Specialist, you will be at the forefront of innovation—designing, developing, and implementing IT tools to automate both internal processes and services delivered to our customers. Your mission : improve quality, boost efficiency, and empower teams with smart automation. Identifying automation opportunities across VGS teams Analyzing business needs and preparing business cases Developing, implementing, and maintaining automation tools using Power Platform, VBA, BI, and RPA Managing a library of implemented tools and documentation Tracking tool performance and maintaining an up-to-date index Promoting automation initiatives across the organization University degree Very good command of English (German is a plus) Hands-on experience with : Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) Power BI VBA (including libraries for Adobe, SAP GUI, etc.) Python (as a plus) Interest and experience in RPA and Agentic Process Automation Strong computer and analytical skills Customer service orientation Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proactive mindset and multitasking skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Familiarity with improvement and project management methodologies Open and friendly working environment Opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic organization Remote work (occasional business trips possible) Contract for a trail period (3 months), and then for a permanent period Package of benefits including private medical care, sports card, cafeteria platform, language courses, training platform, co-financing for holidays sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care sharing the costs of foreign language classes sharing the costs of professional training & courses life insurance remote work opportunities flexible working time corporate products and services at discounted prices integration events retirement pension plan no dress code extra social benefits employee referral program charity initiatives
