Integrated Management System Coordinator @ Grape Up

The company maintains an Integrated Management System compliant with ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 27001 : 2023 and TISAX VDA 6.0. We are looking for an Integrated Management System Coordinator who will support us in maintaining and improving our IMS.

This is a highly independent and cross-functional role where you will wear multiple hats – balancing analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, and compliance responsibilities. If you’re analytical, people-oriented, and passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and structured documentation – this role is for you.

• Relevant experience in a similar role within an IT organization
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Well-organized, systematic, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and presentation
• Professionally fluent in English and comfortable using it in daily work
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team

Oversee and coordinate company-wide compliance activities to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory and internal standards , Collaborate with all departments to ensure procedures are followed and well-documented , Maintain Integrated Management System documentation in accordance with relevant ISO standards, TISAX and GDPR requirements , Prepare and deliver internal trainings to ensure IMS awareness amongst all employees , Support teams and projects in fulfilling IMS requirements , Propose new ideas for improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the IMS and collaborate with process owners to drive their implementation , Plan and conduct internal audits in line with ISO and TISAX requirements , Coordinate and support external audit processes ] Requirements : ISO, IMS, GDPR, Audit, Communication skills, Analytical skills, TISAX Tools : Confluence.
