Senior Data Scientist
Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of a next-generation data lake to house telemetry and workplace data. This role is pivotal in enabling advanced analytics, AI, and agentic AI capabilities across the organization. The Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect data pipelines, define data models, and unlock insights that drive intelligent automation and decision-making at scale.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement a scalable data lake architecture for ingesting, storing, and managing telemetry and workplace data from diverse sources.
- Develop robust ETL / ELT pipelines and data models to support real-time and batch analytics.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to ensure data governance, quality, and security .
- Build and deploy machine learning models and agentic AI systems that leverage the data lake for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and intelligent automation.
- Define and implement data strategies that support AI scalability, including feature stores, model registries, and feedback loops.
- Lead exploratory data analysis and experimentation to uncover actionable insights and drive innovation.
Required Qualifications :
Proven experience building and scaling data lakes (e.g., on Azure, AWS, or GCP).Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark , and cloud-native data tools (e.g., Databricks, Synapse, BigQuery).Experience with telemetry data , workplace analytics, or endpoint management data is highly desirable.Strong understanding of AI / ML lifecycle , including model training, deployment, and monitoring.Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and frameworks is a strong plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What do We offer :
