JOB DESCRIPTION

To further execute our plan, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Product Owner to execute the expansion of our disruptive B2B SaaS solution. You will use your expertise to maintain and extend our product alongside a highly motivated team of founders, domain experts, creatives, and engineers. This role requires an active individual who wants to leverage their expertise to lead development in a fast-growing market, with ample opportunities to take a leading role in the future of the product.

Over the last seven years, we have built our product from the ground up. With a team of skilled people, we have grown from a startup to a scale-up, and everyone who was involved in the early days is still part of the team today. Our product is regarded as one of the best in the European venture

capital and private equity industry. We are scaling quickly and have big plans to further expand our product offering based on the requests from the 400+ funds we serve. This is why we are looking for an exceptional Product Owner who would like to grow with us.

What You'll Do :

Organizational Excellence :

Own and manage the daily product operations in a scrum

environment, including backlog refinement, sprint planning,

and daily standups.

Ensure that JIRA tickets, specifications, and acceptance

criteria meet our high standards and are always

well-prepared.

Track and monitor progress, addressing blockers as they

arise and keeping the team aligned on priorities.

Be the go-to person for ensuring that the development

process runs smoothly and delivers high-quality features on

time.

Creative Problem-Solving :

Take scattered client feedback, data points, and ideas, and

turn them into actionable new product features.

Invent and ideate new functionalities that push the

boundaries of our fintech solutions, even when there’s no

clear step-by-step guidance.

Work collaboratively with the design and engineering teams

to brainstorm, prototype, and bring creative concepts to life.

Solve problems quickly and efficiently, often dealing with

ambiguous information and thinking on your feet.

What We're Looking For :

Relevant Experience : You have a solid background in building B2B finance, data, or SaaS products, or have worked on complex functionalities in a hands-on capacity. You are committed and eager to contribute meaningfully to our company’s growth.

Financial Expertise : A strong foundation in finance, accounting, or economics, with a sharp attention to detail. You can effectively communicate with financial professionals and understand their specific needs.

Craftsmanship : You’ve honed your skills in product development or design before transitioning into a Product Owner role, and you have a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.

Leadership : A collaborative team player with leadership capabilities who can inspire and guide cross-functional teams. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep everyone focused on the project goals.

Problem-Solving : You’re an analytical thinker who can tackle complex challenges with practical, effective solutions. Your ability to think critically and solve problems is one of your key strengths.

Hands-On Approach : You’re more than just a manager—you enjoy building, refining, and improving products. Whether it’s a project or a business venture, you have experience seeing things through from start to finish.

Tech Enthusiast : You’re passionate about emerging technologies and excited about how they can enhance financial services.

Confidence & Collaboration : You’re confident in your abilities, but always respectful and approachable. Your communication style fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.

Career Transition : We don't require extensive experience in software development. You may have recently transitioned from a business-side role or have been involved in software projects in a different capacity (e.g., fund administration or banking). What matters most is your attitude and deep understanding of fund administration, accounting, reporting or asset management combined with enormous motivation to embark on a career path in product management.
