Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining our WMS / ERP system, ensuring full traceability and continuous process improvement.
  • Act as the in-house expert on emerging technologies, software, and hardware relevant to our operation.
  • Own the process of ensuring that physical usage is systematically transacted accurately, on time, and in full — aligning system transactions with actual production consumption.
  • Be a key voice in weekly meetings : flag blockers, drive improvements, and help the team stay focused on priorities.
  • Support reporting on Manufacturing Yield, identifying improvement areas in collaboration with the Operations Finance team.
  • Monitor quality and stock systems, carry out regular audits, and identify opportunities to make processes faster, simpler, and more robust.
  • Hold action owners accountable for implementing tasks that impact performance.
  • Investigate stock accuracy and compliance matters during shifts when needed.
  • Support and challenge stakeholders to follow through on commitments, helping remove obstacles where necessary.
  • Support SAP Master Data across Operations, with expansion from one to two manufacturing facilities and system entities.
  • Lead cross-functional system and process improvement projects in areas such as Technical, Warehouse, Production, and Fulfilment, working closely with the SAP Development team.
  • Audit and ensure completion of daily system transactions, driving continuous process adherence and improvement without disrupting growth.
  • Drive stock accuracy by owning relevant procedures and collaborating with Warehouse teams, while also owning our hardware, processes, and systems.

  • Team Engagement – Actively participates in team discussions, flags blockers, and helps align team focus with priorities.
  • Accountability Driving – Holds peers and action owners accountable to their commitments, ensuring follow-through.
  • Tech Awareness – Curious about new technologies and their use in manufacturing / logistics settings.
  • Ops Tech Expert – Aims to become a go-to expert on operational systems, staying updated on relevant tools and solutions.
  • Data Trend Analysis – Confident in identifying trends in data to improve stock control and manufacturing outcomes.
  • ERP / WMS Knowledge – Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus, especially in a manufacturing or logistics context.
  • Food Industry Experience – Background in the food industry is advantageous.
  • Readiness for Cold Environments – Comfortable working in a chilled production or warehouse setting.
  • Sanitary Clearance – Holds or is willing to obtain sanitary-epidemiological clearance (we’re happy to cover the cost if needed).
