Senior Fullstack Engineer (React)

We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in React to help us design and build high-quality, performant user interfaces. This role goes beyond building UI — you’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers, product teams, and designers to create cohesive, intelligent user experiences. We're especially interested in candidates who bring experience from product companies and are excited by the potential ofnbsp; AI-powerednbsp; interfaces.

What You'll Do :

• Build responsive, accessible, and dynamic interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Work closely with backend teams to define API contracts and ensure seamless integration between front-end and server logic
• Contribute to the design and development of AI-enhanced features that streamline and enrich the user experience
• Drive front-end architecture decisions and help define engineering best practices
• Collaborate with design and product teams to transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly flows
• Improve performance, maintainability, and scalability of front-end systems
• Champion test coverage, accessibility, and code quality through CI pipelines and peer reviews
• Contribute to design system adoption and front-end tooling improvements
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team

Kogo poszukujemy?

nbsp;What You Bring :

5+ years of experience building modern web applications, preferably in product-focused environments

Advanced proficiency in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Experience working with back-end engineers and a solid understanding of how APIs, databases, and system architecture impact front-end development

Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous data handling (Promises, async / await, etc.)

Strong testing practices (Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress) and code review discipline

Knowledge of modern tooling like Webpack, Vite, or similar build systems

Experience with design systems, Figma, and libraries like ag-Grid or Highcharts

Bonus : Experience building or integrating AI-powered features, e.g. using OpenAI, Hugging Face, or custom ML models

Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across roles

A product mindset — you care about what you’re building, not just how
