Maintain and enhance high-profile dashboards displaying risk and portfolio performance metrics.

Ensure dashboards comply with data architecture and governance standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely investment insights.

Optimise backend data flows and queries for performance and reliability.

Support data quality and validation processes across reporting pipelines.

Participate in migration efforts from Dash to React (optional involvement).

Document technical solutions and maintain codebase hygiene.

Liaise with senior leadership to understand evolving reporting needs.

At least 5 years of experience in IT.
Strong proficiency in Python and Django for backend development.
Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and reporting.
Solid experience with Snowflake as a data platform.
Familiarity with Flyway for Snowflake version control (nice to have).
Experience with RDS SQL databases (nice to have).
Exposure to AWS CDK for infrastructure as code (nice to have).
Understanding of TypeScript and React for frontend development (nice to have).
Knowledge of Dash framework (nice to have, legacy system).
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector (preferred).
100% remote work on own equipment
