Achieve ambitious sales targets within the corporate / fleet segment (focus on large enterprises and multinational corporations).
Lead high-level meetings and negotiations with strategic clients and decision-makers.
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key corporate accounts.
Prepare and implement tailored fleet offers, participate in tenders, and negotiate individual terms and conditions.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
Collaborate closely with marketing, service, and financial departments to create integrated solutions for clients.
Represent the BMW brand at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
Fulfilling the role as a key account manager (customer acquisition and customer care) for corporate, direct and special sales customers, rental / leasing companies
Leading and developing small team of highly qualified professionals.
Our requirements :
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B or fleet sales, preferably in the automotive sector (premium segment is a plus).
Proven track record of successful cooperation with large companies and corporate clients.
Understanding and experience in close cooperation with corporate HQ and leadership role.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to independently manage complex sales processes and build client loyalty.
High level of business acumen, professionalism, and customer orientation.
Fluency in business English; additional languages are a plus.
