Opis pracy

For our client, an international company in the modern business services sector, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Accounts Receivable Specialist. We are looking for people with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, who want to grow in a stable, global company on a long-term project.

Responsibilities :

handling complaints from Client Serving Teams,
supporting legal and insolvency cases in the local Accounts Receivable team,
preparing monthly reports to help the Accounts Receivable Lead,
creating monthly booking files,
making special analyses requested by the Accounts Receivable Lead,
joining regular team meetings to talk about current topics,
helping with end-of-quarter and year-end financial closing for Accounts Receivable.

Requirements :

university degree,

at least 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable,

English and Spanish at B2 level or higher,

Portuguese is a plus,

good knowledge of accounting rules,

good communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and teamwork.
