Whizz is an innovative e-bike / e-moped subscription service catering to delivery drivers in the US. We partner with leading companies like DoorDash and Grubhub, offering affordable $169 / month rental subscriptions to independent delivery workers. In just three years, Whizz has grown rapidly, managing a fleet of 4,000 e-bikes across the US, achieving a remarkable 100% year-over-year growth rate. Our mission is to serve an underserved audience of gig workers, aiming to manage the largest electric two-wheeler fleet in the US. Our dynamic team of 150 people is expanding quickly.

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Manager to help us manage and optimize our stock operations. You'll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate and our supply chain running smoothly — whether it’s for automotive parts, construction materials, or e-commerce products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records (including SKU management)
  • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventories
  • Work with warehouse management systems
  • Optimize layout and storage for efficient operations
  • Lead or support a small team in daily warehouse tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in large-scale retail, auto service, e-commerce, or construction materials
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems
  • Proven ability to organize and run warehouse operations
  • Must have : Russian-speaking; fluent in English
  • Ability to work EST timezone
  • This is a highly hands-on role, and we want someone who is ready to roll up the sleeves
