Lead workshops and interviews with senior stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and future needs. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Oversee support for IT systems related to batch release and certification, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Identify strategic opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with IT leadership to plan and implement major system changes and upgrades. Act as a key liaison between senior business stakeholders and IT leadership, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment. Develop and deliver high-level training materials and documentation for end-users and other stakeholders. Lead project meetings and provide regular executive-level updates on progress and issues. Ensure that all processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and company quality standards, providing expert guidance on compliance matters. Lead support for audits and inspections related to batch release and certification, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes, and provide strategic recommendations.
