Opis pracy3+ years of experience analyzing clickstream data in e-commerce, with strong skills in SQL (including window functions), BigQuery, and Python Solid background in A / B testing, statistical analysis, and applying machine learning methods to real-world user data Business-driven mindset with a pragmatic approach and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders Comfortable working with big data, building dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio), and simplifying complex problems into actionable insights Strong communicator and team player, fluent in English (German is a plus), with a passion for collaboration and knowledge sharing 20 days of workation within the EU – work where others go on vacation 60 / 40 hybrid model : two office days for collaboration & team spirit, three days remote Flexible working hours – early bird or night owl? Your Tasks
- Collaborate closely with fellow data scientists as a key member of the Data Intelligence team
- Analyze user behavior patterns to generate insights for business and product teams
- Design, run, and evaluate A / B tests to better understand performance and user impact
- Translate data into actionable insights that support our mission to be the most holiday-friendly company in the world
- Work in cross-functional teams to develop new products and drive data-informed improvements across our website and services
- Promote a data-driven mindset across the organization through proactive communication and knowledge sharing
