responsibilities :
- identifying needs and priorities for implementing new / optimal IT tools
- analyzing the potential impact on existing processes, labor and cost
- identifying risks associated with the implementation or lack of implementation of a given project
- leading / coordinating projects focused on developing existing tools / processes or introducing new ones (e.g., VBA, BI, RPA, reports, etc.)
- taking care of OPS, R&I & QFS scorecard related issues
- taking care of quick tools fixes in department
- expanding knowledge of modern technology solutions and sharing this knowledge within the department
- actively participating in internal Digital Communities
