Devire Outsourcing IT  is a form of partnership dedicated to  self-employed IT specialist , executing projects for our Clients - leading IT Companies bringing innovations and newest resolutions to market.

Currently for our Client - multinational professional services network, one of the "Big Four" consulting organizations - we are looking for  SAP SD Consultant .

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP SD, including at least one full-cycle SAP rollout to Poland.
  • Deep knowledge of Polish localization requirements in SAP SD (JPK, VAT, white list checks, document numbering).
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and knowledge of Fiori apps is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate with both global and local teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have :

  • SAP certification (e.g., S / 4HANA Sales).
  • Familiarity with SAP Document Compliance / e-invoicing solutions.
  • Experience working in international rollout programs (multiple countries).
  • German language skills (if central team is based in DACH region).

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead the SAP SD rollout project in Poland, ensuring alignment with the global SAP template.
  • Adapt global processes to comply with Polish legal and fiscal requirements (e.g. VAT, JPK, white list, split payment).
  • Coordinate with central / global SAP teams and local business users to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and define local requirements for sales, billing, and distribution processes.
  • Configure SAP SD to reflect local business specifics (e.g., local tax codes, invoice formats, customer master data structure).
  • Organize and lead workshops with local business stakeholders.
  • Prepare functional specifications for any required custom developments or local interfaces.
  • Support testing, data migration, user training, and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement suggestions.
