About the Client

Our client is a group of companies operating in the iGaming industry. The group is focused on commercial expansion and is currently building a dedicated sales function to support its strategic goals.

Role Overview

As Senior Sales Manager , you will be responsible for launching and developing the sales function across the group. This is a strategic and hands-on role for a sales professional who understands the iGaming ecosystem and knows how to generate new business opportunities. You will audit internal capabilities, shape commercial offers, and independently manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the commercial potential of different business units within the group
  • Define and execute sales strategies tailored to various products and markets
  • Build a qualified sales pipeline and independently drive deal closure
  • Develop custom offers
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key partners and decision-makers
  • Adapt quickly to new products and shifting priorities within a growing ecosystem
  • Self-driven role with space to act and deliver
  • Represent the group at industry events and conferences, actively growing the network

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Strong commercial mindset and confident communication skills
  • Fluent Russian is required, English at a professional working level
  • Based in Europe
  • Willingness to attend industry conferences and maintain active presence in the market
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
