Job Description
The key objective of the position will be to support the execution of the Hotel’s Digital Marketing and E-commerce strategy including but not limited to content updates, Social media management, email marketing. Reporting directly to Marketing Manager and reporting dotted line to Regional E-commerce.
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing initiatives for the hotel key feeder markets to increase traffic on Direct channels
- Managing the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content
- Update and optimize the Hotel content on Direct, Indirect channels and online listings
- Review and monitor hotel’s competitor set on a regular basis and maintain competitiveness in terms of content quality and offer appeal
- Manage the active presence of the property on Social Media channels
- Monitor and optimize Traffic Acquisition levers at Hotel level including but not limited to SEO, Display, Paid Social, Metasearch
- Support the execution of the emailing calendar for Rooms, F&B and other outlets in line with the strategy and corporate guidelines
- Provide creative ideas and best practices for content marketing and social media
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports on web performance
- Monitor and reply to online reviews
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing in Hospitality or RetailA degree in Hospitality Management or Marketing and CommunicationsExcellent English, both verbal and writtenStrong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy and best practiceTeamwork SkillsCustomer FocusedEnergetic and passionate to work
