Who We’re Looking For

You are an experiencednbsp; Automation Test Engineer nbsp; (Python, RobotFramework )nbsp;with a solid background in the payments or wider financial domain. You combine hands-on expertise in Python, Robot Framework and Jenkins with strong test-design skills up to ISTQB Foundation level (or higher).

You thrive in a global, multilingual environment, communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, and enjoy taking full ownership of your work. A proactive mindset, sharp problem-solving abilities and the confidence to influence others are all second nature to you.

hybrid : 2 days per week from office

Must-have skills amp; experience :

• In-depth knowledge of payments / financial systems
• Proven use of test-automation and test-management tools
• Python + Robot Framework scripting
• Jenkins (pipeline design amp; maintenance)
• Test analysis, design and execution (ISTQB FL level)
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management

Soft-skill profile :

Self-driven and results-oriented

Comfortable working independently and in cross-border teams

Curious, analytical, keen on innovation and continuous learning

Nice to have :

Experience with complex, multi-technology system landscapes

Familiarity with ISO 20022, SEPA or SWIFT messaging standards

Job Description :

As our Expert Automation Test Engineer you will architect and evolve the test-automation framework that underpins our mission-critical payment platforms.

Key responsibilities :

Test-automation architecture amp; planning nbsp;– define the long-term automation roadmap, tooling and best practices

End-to-end test lifecycle nbsp;– perform test analysis, design high-value test cases, implement scripts in Python / Robot Framework, execute suites and report results

Framework development nbsp;– extend and maintain reusable libraries, pipelines and integrations with Jenkins and test-management tools

Root-cause analysis nbsp;– investigate failures, trace defects across multiple components and collaborate with development teams to drive fixes

Stakeholder communication nbsp;– present test strategies, coverage and risk assessments to product owners, architects and business leaders

You will split your time between our Gdańsk office ( two days per week for team workshops, white-boarding and hardware-in-the-loop testing) and remote work for focused development, analysis and reporting tasks.
