Opis pracyAs an Asset Servicing Analyst you will be working for our client, a global investment bank supporting millions of clients across over 160 countries. You will join a team responsible for managing corporate action events, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation of investment positions. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in financial operations, with a focus on accuracy, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication. You will support key operational tasks, helping ensure the bank's compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation within a fast-paced financial environment. Warsaw-based opportunity with 2 days of remote work per week. Manage reconciliation and processing of positions related to corporate action events Review communications and notifications for corporate actions Facilitate timely and accurate postings for event-related transactions Perform operational tasks and transactions of moderate complexity Analyze and interpret data to identify process improvements Support implementation of new products, services, and platform enhancements Minimize risk by adhering to audit and control policies and identifying areas for improvement Escalate operational issues and requests as necessary Develop understanding of investment products and industry standards Communicate with stakeholders and teams to exchange information effectively Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial services or operations Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Knowledge of equity, fixed income, and asset-backed securities Familiarity with corporate actions or interest in learning this domain Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals Excellent communication skills and sensitivity to diverse audiences Demonstrated risk awareness and adherence to compliance standards Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility Stable and long-term cooperation with very good conditions Enhance your skills and develop your expertise in the financial industry Work on the most strategic projects available in the market Define your career roadmap and develop yourself in the best and fastest possible way by delivering strategic projects for different clients of ITDS over several years Participate in Social Events, training, and work in an international environment Access to attractive Medical Package Access to Multisport Program Access to Pluralsight Flexible hours sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care remote work opportunities flexible working time fruits integration events corporate gym mobile phone available for private use computer available for private use saving & investment scheme no dress code coffee / tea drinks christmas gifts birthday celebration access to +100 projects access to Pluralsight
