Life Science Consultant, OT Security PMO

Location : Poland, Remote (100%)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced OT Security PMO to join our clients IT. As an OT Security PMO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and protection of the clients operational technology (OT) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage various projects related to OT security, working closely with the project lead
  • Demonstrate expertise in OT security practices, including network segmentation, security principles, and OT system hardening.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, central IT service teams, and site IT / Automation stakeholders to address complex topics and ensure effective communication.
  • Utilize excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between different teams and stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between different project streams, serving as the PMO to connect and coordinate activities.
  • Apply good project management skills to ensure the successful execution of OT security projects.
  • Thrive in a multicultural and virtual work environment, effectively collaborating with team members from diverse backgrounds.
  • Adhere to budget constraints by considering lower-cost locations when planning and executing project activities.
  • Minimum Qualification and Experience

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in OT security, such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP, are highly desirable.
  • Language

  • Fluent in English (oral and written) is a requirement.
  • Any additional language is a plus.
  • Work experience

  • Minimum 10 years experience in OT Security, including network segmentation, security principles, and OT system hardening.
  • Hard Skills

    Must Have :

  • Strong experience and expertise in OT security, including network segmentation, security principles, and OT system hardening.
  • Proficient in using OT security tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for OT security.
  • Project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing projects related to OT security.
  • Understanding of IT / OT convergence and the unique security challenges associated with OT systems.
  • Ability to effectively engage and address complex topics with senior stakeholders, central IT service teams, and site IT / Automation stakeholders.
