As a  Delivery Manager , you will be responsible for the successful delivery of services to key customers in the area of consulting and IT outsourcing. You will act as the primary point of contact for service-related matters, ensuring high customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. Your role bridges customer needs and internal capabilities, ensuring commitments are met and expectations exceeded.

    • Post-Sales Support : Provide comprehensive post-sales support to business clients, ensuring smooth service delivery, ongoing operations, and accurate billing coordination., Internal Collaboration : Work closely with key internal teams such as Sales, Allocation Center, and Payoff to align service execution and customer satisfaction., Consultant Coordination : Act as the first point of contact for consultants assigned to your clients.
