This role focuses on driving strategic transformation and change in Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in wealth management processes, business analysis, and change management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Analysis : Assess and optimize existing processes, gather requirements, and document workflows.
- Transformation & Change Management : Plan and execute transformation initiatives, ensure smooth adoption of new processes, and conduct impact assessments.
- Wealth Management Expertise : Apply industry knowledge to improve workflows, collaborate with advisors, and stay updated on trends.
- Project Support & Collaboration : Work with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, provide updates, and assist with testing.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze data for insights, maintain dashboards, and support decision-making.
