About us :

We are an international, Polish-American company called 300Brains , operating in the area of Information Technology with the aim of supporting international companies, primarily startups, in the implementation of their brilliant ideas.

We're looking for a Junior React Developer to help shape modern, responsive frontends for a fast-evolving insurance platform built on DLT. You'll work in a cross-functional Scrum team delivering frontend components and client-specific UI features.

What you’ll do :

Develop and maintain UI components using React

Implement responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfaces

Work closely with backend developers and designers

Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs

Participate in peer reviews, QA, and sprint ceremonies

Required skills :

1–2 years of commercial experience with React (JavaScript / ES6+)

Solid HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design understanding

Experience writing unit tests (e.g., Jest, Testing Library)

Good grasp of RESTful API integration

Proficient English communication skills (verbal and written)

Nice to have :

TypeScript familiarity

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)

Previous work with agile development processes
