Graphic Designer - Warsaw

Graphic Designer - WarsawFitch Group is currently seeking a Graphic Designer based out of either our Manchester or Warsaw office.

Reporting to the Creative Director and working within the Design & Creative (D&C) Team, the successful candidate will provide high-quality print, web, and presentation design solutions to meet the broad spectrum of business needs. This role also acts as a guardian of Fitch's visual branding, responsible for the creation and approval of design and creative content across Fitch Group. You'll consult with various teams to promote a "One Fitch" experience.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of making judgment calls in a fast-paced business environment. They should possess advanced technical skills, a keen eye for design and document layout, and confidence in the graphical interpretation of data. Familiarity with the financial services sector and its terminology is beneficial. Strongmunication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide and receive constructive advice to team members and internal clients are essential. Qualification to degree level.
