Customer Service Representative (m / f / d)
What to expect :
- Providing comprehensive and individual support of customer inquiries via telephone, web, e-mail and fax
- Processing orders, quotations and complaints following our "Service Excellence" approach
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Verifying and ensuring product quality and delivery dates in close cooperation with our parent company in the U.S.
- Supporting our customers throughout the ordering process and advising them on our product range
- Collaborating with other departments to best meet the customers’ needs
What we are looking for :
Successful completion of vocational training or a comparable qualificationAt least 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service; profound telephone experience, interest and enthusiasm about customer contact via telephone is an advantageService-orientated mentality and high standards of qualityResults-oriented work ethic, reliable and analytical approach to work, as well as negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills in Polish and English, both written and spoken; other languages are advantageousConfident in MS-Office; experience with other programs is an advantageEnjoy working efficiently with a motivated, international teamWhat we offer :
