Twój zakres obowiązków

Designing the concept and structure of the SAP Academy (including modules, stages, and proficiency levels);
Coordinating the development of training materials in collaboration with subject matter experts (SAP consultants, trainers);
Creating and managing the training schedule;
Recruiting Academy participants and managing the application and registration process;
Organizing training logistics : rooms, e-learning platforms, and access to SAP test environments;
Collaborating with the IT department and external training or certification providers (if applicable);
Monitoring participants’ progress, collecting feedback, and reporting on program effectiveness;
Communicating with project stakeholders and ensuring consistency in messaging;
Managing the SAP Academy budget.

Nasze wymagania

Experience in managing training or educational projects, preferably in the IT or ERP domain;

Good knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, HR modules) – preferred;

Familiarity with other ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered an asset;

Ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously;

Excellent communication and organizational skills;

Proficiency with e-learning tools and training platforms (e.g., Moodle, SAP Learning Hub);

Experience in cooperating with external vendors and managing budgets;

Proficiency in English at minimum B2 level – required.
