Senior Java Developer

Job Description

Requirements :

• Experience in all phases in the Development Life Cycle, very strong working experience and expertise of Java, Micro Services, Java based framework like Spring, Hibernate etc.
• Relevant work experience of in Agile, Java Frameworks
• Experience of writing complex SQL queries with knowledge do SQL tuning
• Strong working experience and expertise of Application Servers like Tomcat
• Work experience of Angular 2+ / React user interface development –

Have fair understanding of Architecture and Design requirements for building Cloud Native Application

Tasks :

Responsible for delivering various projects, will require excellent leadership skills to ensure the team is engaged, motivated and driven

Act as a subject matter expert for junior members of the team and keeping the team members motivated and aligned in their work and ensuring quality delivery

Stakeholder Management, Different levels of stakeholders with different expectation levels will need to be managed on an ongoing basis

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) – comfortable with detail

Experience of working within multi-site teams, cultivates a collaborative and cooperative attitude across different work cultures

Ownership of tasks assigned to ultimate resolution
