Opis pracy

We are seeking for a senior business analyst to join QIAcuity Digital PCR System team. Our System is a microfluidic, nanoplate-based digital PCR (dPCR) platform that automates the entire dPCR workflow, from sample preparation to data acquisition.

Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and managing documentation.
Passion for understanding and documenting complex thoughts accurately.
Experience in working with Confluence, Jira, Miro and documentation tools.
Ability to work with the backlog and prioritize tasks.
Experience in managing different groups of stakeholders and helping them find common ground.
Experience with development in regulated environments, preferably medical devices is a plus (e.g. IEC 62304).
Willingness to be on-site (Wrocław,) average 2 days a week at the office.

Perform requirements analysis and creates analysis artifacts (e.g. diagrams, ticket descriptions, drawings, tables, etc.).,

Cooperates with Product Owner and other Business Analysts on requirements elicitation and decomposition.,

Research and review existing functionalities.,

Supports development team by actively participating in scrum events and resolving doubts about requirements and documents understanding.,

Finds business dependencies and identifies risks] Requirements : Jira, BPMN, UML, Business analysis Additionally : Sport subscription, Private healthcare, International projects, Integration events, Friendly atmosphere, Cafeteria system.
