Your responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing and technical support to the sales teams
  • Participate to country adaptation & implementation of European corporate strategic initiatives
  • Be in charge of department budget setting up and monitoring
  • Develop the market analysis to provide support to business development of sales teams and depending on products, range to develop the dedicated offer
  • Analyze the market and competitors
  • Take in charge of the organization and marketing classification of the Rovensa Next portfolio
  • Organize and facilitate regular cross department meetings
  • Take in charge of campaign launch, mid campaign and end campaign meetings for all sales team, targeting main budget objectives
  • Develop and maintain the marketing and technical information for all technical documents relative to Rovensa Next portfolio
  • Implement and coordinate marketing actions to support sales (Newsletters, mailings, field animation, video, e-marketing...) & local marketing materials
  • Coordinate communication actions (on site events, trade fairs, customers events…)
  • Prepare and manage social media actions and campaign

Our requirements

  • Degree in Agricultural / Agronomy sciences or similar
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in similar positions
  • Agronomic knowledge of nutrition, plant protection, biocontrol solutions
  • Knowledge of the polish market
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to manage presentations
  • Analytical and creative skills
  • Strategic thinking, strong market orientation
  • Ability to work in project mode and as part of a team
  • Reactivity, excellent planification & organizational skills
  • Capacity to convince and persuade
  • Fluency in Polish and English required
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft office
