Your Roles and Responsibilities :

As our Backend Python Software Engineer, you’ll be at the core of developing and deploying powerful backend solutions that power our most important products and services. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring automation and efficiency to new heights while helping us maintain a robust, scalable infrastructure. Here’s what you can expect :

Design, develop, and optimize  Python-based backend systems, focusing on high performance, scalability, and security.

Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines  that ensure seamless, automated deployment and integration for our products.

Leverage AI and machine learning frameworks  to enhance automation processes, helping to drive innovation across the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams  to architect and implement solutions that solve real-world problems and directly impact our users.

Required Qualifications / Skills :

We’re looking for a talented engineer with a passion for backend development and automation. The ideal candidate will bring :

Strong Python expertise  and experience in backend development, including API creation, database integration, and optimization.

Hands-on experience with CI / CD  tools and practices (such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI) to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Knowledge of AI / ML frameworks  (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn) and experience implementing machine learning models in production.

Solid understanding of automation principles  and a track record of building robust, automated solutions.

Effective collaboration skills  to work closely with product, data science, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud platforms  like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and proficiency in containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with RESTful and GraphQL APIs  and best practices for scalable API design.

Background in DevOps practices  and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

Knowledge of security best practices  for backend development, especially within automated CI / CD environments.

A passion for AI-driven solutions  and keeping up with the latest in ML and automation trends.
