About the project
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to join our team working on a retail solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong technical understanding, background in product management, and experience in implementing web applications. We look for a dedicated Product Owner who has been in this role for at least 5 years and has a proven track record of managing and delivering products.
Your responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Stakeholders to understand and align with the business needsLead discussions on priorities, expectations, and requirements within the Scrum / SAFe frameworkEnsure your teams are delivering the right features at the right timeUnderstand your domain and scope, and provide clear, actionable requirements to the development teamGather and document requirements, develop models, and create specifications necessary for product deliveryProactively manage your team's backlog, focusing on both priority and scopeFoster collaboration and coordination with other development teams to ensure alignment and successful deliveryOur requirements
At least 5 years of experience in business, product, and management rolesThorough understanding of the technical aspects of SDLCProven experience leading highly complex international digitalization projects with top management visibilitySolid business acumen, an analytical mindset, and a deep interest in technology, complemented by hands-on product management experienceCustomer-focused with a keen ability to prioritize and meet customer needsExperience in agile projects that have dependencies on legacy systemsHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and the Software Development Life CycleExcellent interpersonal, communication, and planning skills, coupled with critical thinking and decision-making abilitiesFluent English and Polish proficiency (C1 level or higher)Residing in Poland requiredOptional
Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).Previous experience in the cards and payment area (not necessary banking)What we offer
