Your responsibilities

The Position

As a Patient Engagement Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative patient engagement activities and support programs, along the entire patient journey in close collaboration with Region and Affiliates.

Key responsibilities are :

  • Analyse patient needs and market trends to identify opportunities for adherence and improved patient experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including patient associations, KOLs, scientific associations, pharmacy chains, and other potential commercial partners with aim to increase diagnosis and management of obesity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic omnichannel approach to the patient journey.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of patient engagement and support solutions initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant business ethics procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, policies, and guidelines.

With a problem-solving attitude and digital fluency, you adapt quickly to change and use data to drive impactful, patient-centred engagement strategies.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications :

  • Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years commercial experience, preferably from FMCG or life sciences with at least 3 years of patient activation, adherence experience and strong patient journey understanding
  • Experience within alliance management / external commercial partnerships
  • Experience in innovative omnichannel engagement
  • Ability to understand data and create insights based on multiple sources
  • Strong experience in working with / for patients / customers on adherence
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in working with media agency.
  • Ability to navigate change management when implementing patient solutions
