Staff Software Engineer (Financial Platforms) @ Affirm

We are looking for a highly motivated Staff Software Engineer to build scalable foundational systems and data pipelines to power our financial reporting.

You will partner closely with our Product and Accounting teams to design robust reporting and reconciliation systems, which enable us to operate and forecast with the highest degree of integrity and precision. These systems are responsible for delivering accurate and timely data from Affirm’s suite of financial products, for consumption by our Accounting, Treasury, and Strategic Finance teams.

You will take an active role in collaborating on the roadmap, designing technical solutions, driving and involving in cross-team initiatives. You will partner closely with the Engineering Manager and the team to improve the quality standards and processes in the team and represent the team in cross-team initiatives

Base Pay Grade   - P

Equity Grade   - Poland 5

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).

POL base pay range per year :   358,000 zł - 458,000 zł
