The Opportunity : As a Contract and Procure to Pay (P2P) Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the oversight and tracking of the contract and Procure to Pay (P2P) activities to ensure that engagements and tactics are initiated according to agreed timelines. This includes participation in the contracting and management of suppliers related to activities such as MA-sponsored studies, Investigator-Sponsored Research, Collaborative Research, Advisory Boards, Consulting Agreements, and non-project related department initiatives. This position requires a high level of collaboration and stakeholder management to ensure effective communication with assigned stakeholders, contributing to process improvements, and managing workflow efficiently.
