We are seeking an experienced  Enterprise Search Specialist  to join a long-term project focused on maintaining and optimizing a robust enterprise search platform powered by  Sinequa . The specialist will work on the full platform lifecycle—from data ingestion and indexing to the development of search-driven applications tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high search performance and relevance across multiple data domains.

• Minimum  5 years of experience  in enterprise search or similar technical roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with  Sinequa  or comparable enterprise search platforms.
• Strong understanding of  search algorithms ,  information retrieval concepts , and search architecture.
• Proficiency in  Java (8+), Angular (v12+), or .NET (Core / Framework)  for backend / frontend custom development.
• Experience with  Sinequa connectors ,  APIs , and  RESTful services  for efficient data ingestion and integration.
• Knowledge of  relevancy tuning ,  query optimization , and  search performance best practices .
• Familiarity with  Python  for scripting and automation tasks.
• Optional but preferred) Experience with  AWS  and  machine learning / NLP frameworks  to enhance search intelligence.
