Working as a SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere Specialist you will :
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for tickets involving SAC, Datasphere, and customer-specific solutions
- Perform root cause analysis through detailed problem diagnosis and system configuration
- Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams for timely issue resolution
- Build strong client relationships through responsive support engagement
- Analyze ticket trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Lead minor projects and system modifications aligned with client requirements
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and project changes
