SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere Specialist

Working as a SAP Analytics Cloud and Datasphere Specialist you will :

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues within SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for tickets involving SAC, Datasphere, and customer-specific solutions
• Perform root cause analysis through detailed problem diagnosis and system configuration
• Collaborate with 1st-level support and cross-functional IT teams for timely issue resolution
• Build strong client relationships through responsive support engagement
• Analyze ticket trends to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities
• Lead minor projects and system modifications aligned with client requirements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions and project changes
