Your responsibilities

Manage and track incoming new vendor requests using internal tracking tools.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy of vendor request documentation.
Perform thorough validation checks on new vendor data, including tax information, banking details, and legal documentation.
Conduct callbacks to vendors and internal CAP (Client Authorized Person) teams to verify submitted information and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Accurately create and maintain vendor records in the accounting system in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely updates and corrections to vendor master data as needed.
Act as the first point of contact for urgent vendor-related queries and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure smooth vendor onboarding.
dentify opportunities to streamline vendor master data processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of VMD procedures and workflows.

Our requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of accounting experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals.

Experience within Vendor Master Data Management or Call Center

Fluent English in written and oral, Polish language on proficient level

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Understanding of vendor onboarding processes and compliance requirements.

Attention to Detail – Ability to accurately validate and enter vendor data with minimal errors.

Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with vendors and internal teams.

Problem-Solving – Capable of handling urgent queries and resolving data discrepancies efficiently.

Organizational Skills – Able to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

Team Collaboration – Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with finance, procurement, and compliance teams.

Process-Oriented Mindset – Focused on maintaining data integrity and improving workflows

Investment Accounting & Reporting delivers high-quality accounting and financial reporting solutions to meet the client's sophisticated accounting needs.
