Our Client, a rapidly growing global tech company, is looking for an energetic and motivated Revenue Manager to join its dynamic finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with deep experience in accounting close processes, a solid understanding of US GAAP, and a hands-on approach to managing accounting across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

As the business continues to expand globally, this role will offer exposure to new technologies, acquisitions, system integrations, and IPO readiness.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead monthly close processes for both U.S. and international entities
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including balance sheet and cash flow
  • Draft year-end financial statements and footnotes; liaise with external auditors
  • Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and US GAAP
  • Support internal and external audits and related control activities
  • Manage ledger maintenance and related accounting functions in NetSuite
  • Oversee accounting for accruals, fixed assets, leases, and other areas
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation
  • Supervise and support both local and international accounting team members
  • Support ad hoc finance projects, including IPO preparation

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in public accounting and / or multinational companies
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and statutory reporting
  • Experience with NetSuite (nice to have) or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable leading projects and building processes from the ground up
  • Fluent in English
