How you will make an impact

As a member of the Cash Management team, you will play a vital role in managing essential banking documentation and supporting a range of cash management activities for Arla’s global operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting KYC processes, coordinating the opening of new bank accounts, and ensuring that all documentation and processes comply with regulatory and internal standards. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects, and help optimize processes to ensure efficient and compliant financial operations.

Key tasks and responsibilities :

  • Conduct KYC processes for Arla entities worldwide and manage all related banking documentation.
  • Coordinate documentation and procedures for opening new bank accounts and implementing banking solutions.
  • Manage Power of Attorney documentation and support the successful completion of year-end bank confirmations with auditors.
  • Collaborate with partner banks and the Associate Finance Director on cash collection, payment platforms, and process optimization.
  • Support the establishment of cash management processes for M&A activities and ensure optimal account structures.

What will make you successful

  • Solid educational background in Law, Finance, or a related field - preferably holding a university degree at B.Sc. level or higher
  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in Cash Management or banking - ideally within a Shared Services organization or a large international company
  • Strong understanding of banking products
  • Proven experience handling banking documentation and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong skills in MS Office
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Please note that this role requires you to be in the office min. 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
