Support Supply Chain & Procurement Teams :

  • Assess product profitability from the award phase to start of production (SOP).
  • Identify and analyze profitability variance drivers, ensuring robust action plans are in place.
  • Prepare consolidated reports for Europe and global stakeholders.
  • Partner with Program Managers.

Collaborate with the Quoting Team

  • Analyze production costs and material expenses to create comprehensive business cases for new projects (RFQs).
  • Review and provide insights on CAPEX, tooling investments, and logistics costs.
  • Lead the team in finding the best cost solutions while ensuring accuracy in financial assumptions.

    • Manage Tooling Profitability & Cash Flow :

  • Monitor costs against authorized spending and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
  • Analyze tooling margins and manage profit forecasts.

    • Contribute to Special Projects :

  • Engage in projects that support our financial goals and enhance team performance.

    What We're Looking For :

    Education & Experience :

  • Master's degree in Finance or Industrial Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with a focus on project management, finance, or business development. / mandatory /

    • Technical Skills :

  • Advanced Excel skills (database management, pivot tables). / mandatory /
  • Proficiency in Business English. / mandatory /
  • SAP practical knowledge is a plus.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Self-starter with strong independent task management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial colleagues.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of the organisation, including Directors and VPs.
