We are a forward-thinking Danish company specializing in technological solutions. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Scrum Master to work with and support our agile development teams!
Key responsibilities :
- Supporting 1-3 agile teams in pursuit of operational excellence for delivery of high-quality products to our customers
- Promoting the Scrum framework, company standards and best practices for agile software development
- Close collaboration with the Product Owner and other stakeholders in ensuring clarity of the product roadmap and maximum value of the deliverables within the Product Backlog
- Facilitation of Scrum events in a valuable, engaged and creative way
- Continuously seeking improvement opportunities within and around the agile team(s)
- Supporting management with use and understanding of agile software development metrics
- Representing the agile community as an ambassador within the organization and helping to grow the agile community in areas which have potential for improvement
- Having fun while at it!
Qualifications and skills :
Experience of 2+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master for software development team(s) who were diligently applying Scrum principles and practicesStrong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging, influencing and facilitating collaboration across agile teams and stakeholdersExcellent level of written and spoken English (C1 – CAE definitely an advantage)Scrum Master certification expected (PSM, CSM)Experience working with Atlassian Jira & ConfluenceKnowledge / experience in working at scale (LeSS, NeXuS) definitely an advantageKnowledge / experience in use of the KanBan method definitely an advantageOpenness to learnWhat can we offer you?
