Business Development Manager - Salesforce

Your responsibilities
- Acquiring new clients in Poland and international markets through proactive sales activities
- Selling solutions based on Salesforce products
- Co-developing an effective sales strategy for Salesforce solutions
- Preparing sales offers and presentations
- Negotiating terms of cooperation
- Collaborating with the Marketing Department to organize sales events (business breakfasts, conference presentations, workshops)
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Achieving defined sales targets and KPIs
Our requirements
At least 3 years of experience in consultative sales of IT services (mandatory requirement)Experience in selling Salesforce or other COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) solutionsProven ability to prepare business offers and presentations – confidence and belief in the service being sold are keyKnowledge of sales and negotiation techniquesExcellent skills in diagnosing client needs to execute upselling and cross-selling strategiesStrong command of English, enabling smooth communication in an international environmentFamiliarity with business processes (sales, marketing)A valid category B driving license and willingness to travel for business purposesAbility to establish and maintain relationships at various organizational levels, including executive-level contactsStress resilience, persistence, and a strong focus on achieving sales targetsEase in building relationships and confidence in establishing new business contactsWhat we offer
