About the role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and a desire to make an impact within our organization. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our managers to support the collection, processing, and analysis of data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.

About your responsibilities at SPX Flow

  • Gathering, cleaning, and organizing large sets of data from various internal sources
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key business metrics
  • Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess Aftermarket and Supply Chain performance
  • Conduct basic statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and business needs
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and insights based on business requests
  • Help improve data collection processes and ensure data integrity
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data analysis
  • Be involved in internal data projects with company wide impact

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a related role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in Excel experience with SQL is a plus
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (., Power BI)
  • Proficiency with SAP 5&6 / HANA
  • MS Office knowledge mandatory
  • Knowledge of basic statistical methods and techniques, Lean Six Sigma qualification is a plus
  • Very good English skills in spoken and written (business fluent)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Know how within Incident-, Problem- and Change Management
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
