Requirements
- 2 years of professional experience in a similar position,
- advanced proficiency in Excel,
- familiarity with SAP software,
- proficient in English,
- strong analytical skills and basic financial knowledge,
- good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills,
- openness to learning, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
- ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
allocate incoming payments accurately and on time,match payments to invoices and clear customer accounts,handle unapplied payments and resolve discrepancies,analyze deductions and process Trade Support invoices,collaborate with Controlling and Sales to improve processes,maintain accurate claim documentation and manage credit memos,monitor KPIs and support I2C performance reviews,contribute to digitalization and process improvements,ensure data quality and timely supplier payments,build strong relationships with internal teams and customers.We offer
