Opis pracySnowflake Databricks BigQuery Redshift Support the onboarding and adoption of dbt Core and dbt Cloud for clients and internal teams Design and implement CI / CD pipelines and deployment workflows for analytics projects Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build and optimize data pipelines using Airflow and SQL Integrate dbt with modern data stacks and cloud environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) Implement and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Provide guidance on scalable architecture, testing strategies, and operational best practices Troubleshoot technical issues and advise on performance optimization and governance Hands-on experience with dbt Core and dbt Cloud (minimum 2–3 years for mid-level, 4+ for senior) Deep understanding of SQL and data modeling best practices Practical knowledge of DevOps tools and processes for analytics workflows (CI / CD, Git, containerization) Experience with Apache Airflow for orchestration of data pipelines Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Experience working in cloud data environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) Knowledge of monitoring, data observability, or lineage tools agile scrum

About the project
We are looking for a highly motivated Adoption Engineer (Mid or Senior) to support our clients in successfully adopting and scaling modern data engineering tools and practices, with a particular focus on dbt (Core & Cloud). This role combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills to guide teams through implementation, integration, and best practices in production environments.
