Your responsibilities
- Purchase indirect CAPEX materials and services for global investment projects
- Support the sourcing process from RFQ / RFX to contract signing
- Manage and develop long-lasting relationships with suppliers
- Assist in data collection, procurement reporting, and analysis
- Help develop and evaluate suppliers based on quality and performance
- Work with internal teams to support project coordination and timelines
- Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders
- Contribute to chieving costs savings / avoidance and process improvements
Our requirements
Around 2 years of experience in a similar roleEducational background in Economics or Business or related field (Master’s preferred)Fluency in English (written and spoken)Solid MS Office skills, especially ExcelStrong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsAbility to identify and solve problems proactivelyComfortable working under the time pressure and managing multiple tasksPositive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on resultsCan-do attitude with a drive to deliver and exceed targetsWhat we offer
