Opis pracy

In this role you will :

technological integration with existing processes and customer infrastructure,
solving the problems of high loads,
improving the process of delivering value to customers.
develop and deliver solutions around the Voice Engine and supporting microservices primarily written in Golang (with some rare use of Python).
assist the team in handling operational tasks, including investigating production issues using metrics, logs, and traces, fixing bugs, and collaborating with QA testers to resolve rare user issues.
design and implement new features to handle complex call scenarios, ensuring smooth operation in a highly concurrent environment (many calls running in parallel).
build and maintain backend APIs.

We’re looking for a person who has :

a "you build, you run" philosophy : We write the code, deliver it, and take ownership as a team. ou should be capable of independently gathering requirements, breaking tasks down into manageable steps, iteratively delivering solutions when possible, and validating your work.

strong experience with Golang and backend development, particularly in high-performance and high-load systems.

experience working with microservices, APIs, and integrating third-party services.

proficiency in problem-solving in real-world operational scenarios, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and improving production systems.

knowledge of Design patterns and principles of Web services development;

experience in integration with third-party APIs;

experience in software project management

experience in the development of highly loaded backend and API components based on PHP, Go;

experience in building services with synchronous and asynchronous integrations;

understanding and implementation of Agile values.

Some nice-to-have skills :

Work experience of high-loaded projects;

Knowledge of the SIP protocol;

Experience of telephony platforms (FreeSWITCH, Asterisk).
