About the job

We are currently looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Program Management Office team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Project Management, B2B partner management and a technical background. Communication skills are essential as the role will require frequent interactions with our business partners.

Role & Responsibilities :

Leading and supporting partnership engagements
Participating calls and on-site meetings with our partners
Monitoring and documenting of the projects
Providing regular status updates to all stakeholders
Cross-departmental coordination of the activities
Securing timely delivery and achievement of key milestones
Facilitation of the efforts on Opera side
Prioritizing and scheduling activities to meet multiple partner needs
Monitoring key KPIs
Supporting multiple partners / engagements

Job Requirements :

Experience in IT sector 5+ years

At least 3 years of experience on Project / Program Management position (or similar)

Experience with partnership management and B2B projects

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong technical background and understanding (technical studies, programming, etc.)

High familiarity with web technologies and standards

Self-driven and motivated to achieve goals independently

Proactive in identifying and solving problems
